How many guests can The Palm Venue accommodate?
The Palm Venue can comfortably accommodate up to 300 guests indoors and 500 guests outdoors.
Do you have accommodations for wedding rehearsals?
Yes, we offer complimentary venue access for wedding rehearsals prior to the event date.
Can we bring our own caterer
External caterers are welcome, though coordination with our team is recommended.
What about parking facilities?
The Palm Venue provides ample parking with over 200 spots and optional valet services.
Are there any restrictions on music or entertainment
We allow all types of music and entertainment; however, we follow local ordinances which require that outdoor music be adjusted to a quieter level from 10:00 PM onwards to respect our neighbors
What are your policies regarding cancellations or date changes?
Cancellations or changes made six months prior to the event date are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit. Changes or cancellations closer to the date may be subject to forfeit the entirety of the deposit. We advise securing event insurance for full coverage in unforeseen circumstances.
